Melting Monday 6-27-11




No loss this week :(  I figured I wouldn't lose anything this week but I gained 0.6 unfortunately this week. But I did have a really good week last week and with TOM here I am not upset. I have been OP all week but my exercise has been needing some extra attention!! So my goal for this week is making sure I get my exercise in.


Weight loss this week:  + 0.6
Weight loss for challenge so far: -3.6 pounds


Medifast all week with a total of  7086 calories for the week.


Exercise: 1 day of swimming and a 30 minute walk.  - this needs improvement this week!!


My weeks have gotten busy with the work and the girls - when summer comes around it seems like we never have enough time to do all the fun things we love. Last week we went to the movies, mini golfing, and to the pool. This weekend we had to go to the stupid MVA to get my license renewed, that took up half of Saturday. Then we went to our favorite sushi place for lunch and bowling in the evening. Sunday we went to the Farmers Market, it was so nice outside and we enjoyed walking around seeing all the sites!! The market is a great place to see and taste so many new and wonderful things :)   The girls got their favorite fresh strawberry and chocolate milk and yogurt, we also got tons of yummy veggies, buffalo meat, and pies. Then we hung out at the pool enjoying the sun for the rest of the day. I love my fun summer days with the Melly and Bear :)

Melting Monday 6-20-11


Busy week again last week....work is super busy and we are so short staffed so it can be crazy!! Personal issues are stressing me out and I am hoping everything will be ok soon...prayers my way are always welcome :)

Stayed OP all week and had great results, hoping it isn't just from the stress...lol
Weight loss:  -3 pounds making me at 190.6  (so close to the 180's!!)



Exercise has been walking 2 days a week and swimming 1 day. I want to start the C25K program, thinking about doing it next week during my walks.

NSV: I can wear my old Apple Bottom Jeans I hid in my closet a couple of years ago. They are size 12...luv it!!

Melting Monday 6-13-11


Busy week last week and this week looks like it will be the same! This weekend we went to the art and music festival, the girls had tons of fun and loved dancing to the live bands. Beautiful warm weekend for some fun in the sun though.

Weigh in was this AM, not a great loss but a loss is a loss :)
Week 1 of the STS challenge and I am down 1.2 pounds.




Totally OP all week on Medifast. My daily meals are actually really boring and since I am not always on here it is hard to post them everyday. So I will post my days that I do blog, sorry for not having time to get on here everyday.

Meals today:
MF Blueberry Oatmeal
MF Oatmeal Raisin Bar
4.5 oz Hamburger Patty with 42g Swiss cheese and 1.5 cups yellow squash
MF Brownie
MF Chocolate pudding with Redi Wip
MF Cinnamon Pretzels

Water = 80 oz

Exercise = 30 minute walk

Tuesday Tunes and Challenge day 2

 I was OP all day!

Meals
Breakfast: MF scrambled eggs with 28g RF cheddar cheese
Snack: MF peanut butter cup (MF hot cocoa and 1T, PB)
Lunch: MF Choco pudding with FF Redi Wip
Snack: MF Brownie
Dinner: 5oz Beef Roast with 1/2c. cauliflower and 1c. zuchinni
Snack: MF chocolate chip pancake muffin


Water intake was 80 oz today. 

Exercise was just my normal daily walking. I really need a pedometer cause I know I walk alot some days!!

This is one of my all time favorite songs and even when I am not having a good day it always makes me want to sing.

Day One Done...and I actually exercised

Ok, Day one of the challenge has almost come to a close. I have one more MF meal to go, my yummy brownie.

Water intake for today was 92 oz.
What helps me with my water intake is this awesome pitcher thing that I carry around with me everywhere, it holds 75oz of water. If I have that gone by 2pm I am good for the day!

I actually got up off this couch and took an hour long walk tonight with the Pretty Girls. I know its amazing...lol. I got exercise checked off on my plan for today. I am sooo proud of me. I hope someone didnt have a heart attack over that one!! I really need to get a pedometer or something like it to actually tell me how far I walk. I want to do a 5k really bad but I don't know if I can. Tonight's walk was very nice and I could've went longer but it was getting dark.
